By browsing or ordering from karvora.co.uk, you agree to use the site fairly and lawfully. We may update, change or improve the site from time to time as our store grows.

We do our best to describe and photograph each piece accurately. However, because every item is individually handmade by artisan partners, slight variations in embroidery, colour, size and finish are normal, are part of each piece's authenticity, and are not treated as faults.

• All prices on our site are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We try to keep stock levels accurate, but as handmade items are produced in limited quantities, occasionally an item may sell out before we can update the listing — if this happens after you've ordered, we'll contact you promptly to offer an alternative or a full refund.

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy that item, which we accept once your payment has been confirmed. All payments are taken securely through Stripe's checkout — Karvora does not store card numbers or CVC, as payments are processed entirely by Stripe.

Delivery timings, fees and courier details are set out in full in our Shipping Policy. Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we dispatch to the address you provide.

If you need to return an item or believe something has arrived faulty or damaged, our full process — including timeframes, postage responsibility and our handmade-variation guidance — is set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We work hard to provide accurate information, secure checkout and reliable delivery, but as a small, early-stage business we can't guarantee the website will always be fault-free or uninterrupted, or that delivery estimates will be met in every circumstance. To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility is limited to the value of your order, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
