We currently offer UK standard delivery on all orders placed through karvora.co.uk. Most orders are delivered within the estimate shown at checkout and on each product page, though as a small business working with handmade goods, occasional delays can occur — we'll always keep you updated if anything changes.

• Orders over £75 qualify for free UK standard delivery, calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery fees are shown clearly in your basket and at checkout before you confirm payment — there are no hidden charges.

Each product page shows an estimated dispatch time. Because every piece is handmade — often to order — dispatch times can vary by item. Made-to-order, limited-run, and pre-order pieces may take longer to prepare, and we'll always state this clearly on the relevant product page before you order.

Please double-check your delivery address, postcode and contact details at checkout. We dispatch orders to the address you provide, and we're unable to take responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address information. If you spot an error shortly after ordering, contact us straight away and we'll do our best to help before the order is dispatched.

Orders are sent using reputable UK courier and postal services. Where tracking is available, we'll include the tracking details and courier name on your order, and you can see this reflected on your order confirmation and dispatch update emails.
