When you place an order or get in touch with us, we may collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your delivery address
• Details of the order you've placed (items, quantities, totals)
• Payment confirmation references from our payment processor (never your card number or CVC)

We use this information to:

• Process and fulfil your order, and arrange delivery
• Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries
• Help prevent fraud and keep our store secure
• Keep the legal and accounting records that UK businesses are required to retain

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a trusted international payment provider. Karvora does not store card numbers or CVC — your payment details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and never pass through, or get stored on, our own systems. We only receive a confirmation reference that lets us match your payment to your order.

We'll email you about your order at key moments — an order confirmation when your payment is received, and a dispatch update (with courier and tracking details where available) once your order is on its way. These emails are sent only in connection with orders you've placed with us.

We share the minimum information necessary with trusted partners who help us run our store, including: our payment processor (Stripe), delivery and courier providers, our transactional email provider, and our hosting and database providers. Each of these only receives the information they need to perform their part — for example, a courier receives your delivery address, not your payment details.

We retain order records for as long as necessary to fulfil orders, handle any returns or queries, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations as a UK business. We don't keep personal information for longer than we reasonably need it.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or raise any privacy concerns at any time.
